Download the Mac disk image and install the app into Applications.

Mac testing: Open the DMG, drag the app to Applications, then right-click the app and choose Open the first time.

Safari web app

  1. Open this page in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Choose Add to Home Screen, then tap Add.

Available options depend on your device and browser. Configuration profiles install a removable iOS Home Screen web clip.

Get Support Open a support ticket for an order, account, or site issue. Submit a Bug Report something broken with the page URL and steps to reproduce. Ordering and checkout

  • Start from the menu, add items to your cart, then choose pickup, delivery, or the available schedule options.
  • If checkout does not complete, refresh the cart and confirm your contact details before trying again.
  • For order changes after checkout, open a support request so staff can review the timing and status.

Account, rewards, and notifications

  • Use your account page to review orders, manage addresses, read support messages, and update notification contacts.
  • The Notifications tab controls browser push, email, and text preferences in one place.
  • Password help is available from sign in, and staff can also send resets for customer accounts when needed.

Updates, requests, and roadmap

  • Recent Updates shows new items, coming-soon items, feature requests, menu requests, bug reports, and announcements.
  • Feature and menu request forms create trackable tickets so staff can review, reply, and mark progress.
  • Use the Support dropdown from this page to move between help, requests, bugs, and updates quickly.

Giveaways and referrals

  • Giveaway pages show each available action, its entry value, and whether the required link is ready.
  • Referral links can earn entries when the campaign allows referral or pyramid bonuses.
  • If an action link is disabled, the campaign may not have that social or sponsor URL filled in yet.
